Things To Know And Think About:

  • Listen to your body at all times: don't be afraid to challenge yourself, know when to rest.
  • All numbers represent distances in kilometres.
  • This schedule is not the law, if you feel you need to change it please talk to a qualified coach.
  • Monday walk should focus on one aspect of good walking form for at least 2k
  • For Wednesday or Friday - one at hoped-for marathon pace and one on hills.
  • At WoW Power Walking we recommend our classes once a week because...
    • nothing beats a challenging, professionally coached work-out once a week.
    • if you can't attend a coached class workout, do interval speed work on your own
  • Sunday walks are for endurance, should be walked sub race pace
