- Monday walk should focus on one aspect of good walking form for at least 2k
- For Wednesday or Friday - one at hoped-for marathon pace and one on hills.

- nothing beats a challenging, professionally coached work-out once a week.
- if you can't attend a coached class workout, do interval speed work on your own
- Sunday walks are for endurance, should be walked sub race pace
